FAQs
Q. Do I need to attend the Auction Night to receive my portrait?
A. We would love you to attend the Auction Night, as it's a fun community event. But we will not have the portraits at the Auction Night; everyone can pick up their portraits after March 22, 2025.
Q. How can I ensure that you know which child to take a photo of?
A. Yes. Once you purchase a portrait, we'll get in touch with you to verify name of the child and quantity.
Q. Will the portrait be framed?
A. No. The portrait will be matted, so that gives each family the opportunity to select a frame that suits their style and home.
Q. Do we have to go to Heidi's studio for the portrait?
A. No! We'll send a note a week ahead of time to let you know the day the photo will be taken at school (so you can get haircuts, outfits, etc. all ready). We will pull the students out of class for a few minutes for the portrait and return them to their classroom immediately afterwards.
Q. If I don't order, will my child still be photographed?
A. No. Because of the time-consuming nature of this project, only the children who have had portraits purchased will have their photo taken.
