AUCTION PORTRAIT FAQ

Q: When will they be delivered?

A: March 28, 2020

Q: Do I need to attend the Auction Night to receive my portrait?

A: No!  We would love you to attend the Auction Night as it’s a fun community event.  However, if you decide not to come you will be able to pick-up your portraits after March 28, 2020

Q: Who takes the photos?

A: One of our talented parents, Heidi Leonard of Heidi Leonard Photography http://www.heidileonardphotography.com/ has generously offered to donate her time and skill to create this Out of this World Portrait

Q: Is the Auction Portrait different than Individual Auction Art OWS has done in the past?

A: Yes, The Auction Portrait is replacing Individual Auction Art.  Every year we select something different and the past few years have been a portrait, so the Auctions team decide to rename it accordingly this year.

Q: Can I customize what is ‘written in the stars’ on my child’s portrait?

A: Whatever you specific as your child’s name on the order form is the only thing that can be customized.

Q: Will the portrait be framed?

A: The portrait will be matted with a beautiful mat.  This gives every family the opportunity to select a frame (or not) that suites their style and home.  It also makes is more flexible to be used as gifts for grandparents <wink, wink, hint, hint>

Q: If I don’t order will my child still be photographed?

A: No, because of the time-consuming nature of this project only the children who have had portraits purchased will have their photo taken.

Q: How do I order?

A: Submitted the form to either of the school offices or the Farm House
